Return and Refund Policy


  • 15 days to initiate returns
  • 10 days to process refunds
  • 25 % restocking fee

Return Process

You may begin the return process at any point during the 15 day window (counting from when you receive your package). As a first step, please contact us at with your order number. Please wait on our confirmation before you proceed with the return.

Keep in mind that we only accept unused items in their original condition and you will have to cover return shipping costs.

Once we provide you with the return address, you may proceed with your return. Pack your items properly and securely and make sure you used a delivery service with a tracking number (which you ideally sent to our support as well). 

Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and notify you via email whether we accept your return. If we do, please give us up to 10 days to process the return and refund you. Your money will reappear on the same payment method you used to place your order on Appliances Baron.


Should you change your mind for any reason, we allow cancellations at any point before the order is dispatched. Contact us through phone or email as soon as possible. If your order is already shipped, you will have to go through the standard return process (including the shipping and restocking costs).

We do not accept cancellations for custom orders.



Damaged Items

When your package arrives, take your time and thoroughly inspect both the packaging and the items (don't let the courier rush you). If you discover any damage, make note of it with the delivery service.

Then please take photos/videos of the damage and send them to us to along with your order number and list of items affected by the damages. It is important you do this within 24 hrs of receiving your item - only then will we be able to help you with an insurance claim.



Items which cannot be returned:

1.  Used, installed, constructed
2.  Clearance goods.
3.  Warehouse Deal Items.
4.  Custom items
5.  Items requested outside of the 15-day return window.

BOGO Returns

Buy One, Get One (BOGO) - you're able to return items from these promotions, but you have to return both. If you return just one, we will either provide a replacement item of the same value or award you with store credit.

Fraudulent Chargebacks

Please do not attempt to file for fraudulent chargebacks, as we will then press charges against you. Our customer service team is here and ready to discuss any issues you might have, so let's find an agreeable solution together.
