Shipping Process
Once you place your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. From that moment, it takes us 1-2 days to prepare your items for dispatch (depending at what time do you order).
When your order is dispatched, we will send you another confirmation email which also contains your tracking code. Tracking usually starts working within 24 hours.
On average, orders arrive after 5-8 days in transit.
Important Information
If you choose the Standard Delivery option for your freight shipment, the driver will bring your order to the edge of the inside of the truck. It will be your responsibility to remove your order from the truck. The driver will try to park their vehicle as close and safely as possible to your receiving area, such as a loading dock or delivery entrance.
Make sure you have the necessary tools and equipment, like a forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, dolly, crowbar, etc.
Inspect Upon Arrival
Until you sign for the delivery, the items are the responsibility of the driver. Once you sign, they become your responsibility.
It is absolutely crucial to do a thorough inspection to discover possible damages BEFORE you sign for the delivery. You may discover two types of damage:
- cosmetic - relatively easy to fix (small dents, replacing panel glass etc).
- major - prevents the item from working properly. If you discover such damage, it is usually best to refuse the delivery.
Check exterior panels for scratches, dents, or dings.
Verify that equipment corners are not pushed in or crimped.
Examine pipes, tubes, coils, screens, and grillwork for crimps, punctures, or other damage.
Inspect glass and plastic components for scratches, cracks, or other damage.

It's crucial to note that once you sign and accept the delivery of your order, you take full responsibility for any damage discovered afterward. Therefore, you will be responsible for submitting and pursuing any claims with the freight carrier company. If you accept the damaged item(s), appliancesbaron.com is not required to replace the item(s) or compensate for damage that occurred in transit with the freight company. Claims can be difficult to pursue after you have accepted delivery of items "as is."
