Provides the first-ever kamado grill made of solid cast aluminum. The superb temperature regulation and long-lasting durability of the aluminum body structure made of 1 inch thick is achieved by the tongue and groove design, which also offers an excellent seal that prevents heat loss. Unlike other kamados, the cast molded exhaust cap permits adjustable heat control without falling out of position. The hefty hood can be lifted with the aid of the 304 stainless steel hinge with lid assist. The heavy-duty 12mm hexagonal grill grates are also composed of this same material. A second 18-inch cooking grate is supplied and may be used lower for cooking nearer the fire. The 20-inch diameter grill grate is hinged on both sides for simple addition of charcoal. The built-in temperature sensor keeps track of the temperature, and the metal feet that come with the grill let you balance it on your outdoor kitchen island.
