This espresso grinder is the first of its kind to offer both Mahlkönig's ground-breaking patented Disc Distance Detection, which allows you to adjust the degree of fineness depending on the actual distance between the burrs, and Grind-by-Weight technology, which allows for real-time scale controlled dosing. Maintaining your ideal personal grinder settings has never been so simple or accurate. Automatically identifying the portafilter, the integrated Portafilter Detection chooses the appropriate grinding preset and initiates the grinding operation. In this manner, the barista gains time that may be used for preparation. Additionally, the simple application minimizes staff training needs while preventing dosage errors.
