The central component of a vented gas log set is a Hargrove burner system, which offers the warmth and realistic flame patterns of a genuine wood fire without the mess, smoke, or ashes.

Control system is hidden from view by burner design.
Use with Radiant, Charred, and Fresh Cut Styles, if desired

The following items are included in burner kits: black non-whistling flex connector, embers, volcanic cinder, sand or vermiculite, fittings, and an HC burner.

Warranty & Replacement

Limited Warranty

Logs	A limited lifetime warranty is provided by Hargrove against any manufacturing flaw or breakage of the gas logs. The dealer where the appliance was bought will have a replacement available. After it is fitted and fired, excessive handling will not be covered by this warranty for breaking.
Burner & Grate	Within five (5) years after the verified purchase date, the dealer where the appliance was purchased will provide a free replacement if the burner or grate deteriorates.
Valves, Remote Controls, and Switching Devices	All switches, remote controls, and valves are covered by a two-year warranty from Hargrove against manufacturing flaws that manifest during that time frame. Products that have been misused and overheated are not covered by warranties. The customer service department at Hargrove's must issue a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) prior to any merchandise being returned. All returns must include a description of the issue and all required components.
All Other Parts	The dealer where the appliance was bought will provide a replacement if any assembly part malfunctions or is discovered to be defective within two years of the appliance's confirmed purchase date.
