DIAMOND SEAR COOKING GRIDS
Diamond Sear Cooking Grids excel with their patented* design featuring smooth, flat-top bars, each over .35” wide, covering more than half the cooking surface. These bars are expertly shaped to maximize heat transfer from the burners to ensure faster, more even cooking!
FLAVOR GRIDS
Flavor Grids enhance cooking by enabling unobstructed heat flow from the burner to the cooking grids. They swiftly and evenly disperse heat, infusing food with flavor by vaporizing juices while reducing flare-ups and grease fires. Plus, they're easy to clean and maintain.
CAST STAINLESS STEEL BURNERS
Our burners, crafted from ¼” thick Cast 304 Stainless Steel, weigh up to 12 lbs and come with a lifetime warranty. They feature a protective lip above the ports to prevent grease clogging, ensuring a lifetime guarantee.
ANALOG THERMOMETER
The hood boasts an embedded analog thermometer with a polished stainless steel bezel. It's sizable, appealing, and angled forward for effortless viewing.

AURORA BACKBURNER
Choose the optional stainless steel backburner and get a full rotisserie kit, complete with a heavy-duty motor, solid spit rod, two meat prongs, counterbalance, and a polished stainless steel cover for protection.
HOT SURFACE IGNITION SYSTEM
The Hot Surface Ignition System stands as the most advanced and dependable lighting option. Just push in the control knob to activate the hot surface, adjust the gas, and ignite your grill. Requires 110V electricity.
