90 DEGREE DOUBLE WALLED HOOD
The double-walled 304 stainless steel oven ensures efficient heat retention for even heating. It opens to 90 degrees for easy access and exhaust, and the Teflon-coated spring assist provides smooth, easy opening for all users.
CAST STAINLESS STEEL BURNERS
The ¼” thick cast 304 stainless steel burners, weighing up to 12 lbs, come with a lifetime warranty. They feature a protective lip above the ports to prevent grease clogging, ensuring long-lasting performance.
DIAMOND SEAR COOKING GRIDS
Diamond Sear Cooking Grids are top-notch! With a patented design, each smooth, flat-topped bar measures over .35” wide, covering more than half of the total cooking surface. These grids are shaped to efficiently transfer heat from the burners, ensuring food cooks faster and more evenly.
COMFORT TOUCH KNOBS WITH BRUSHED FINISH
Featuring smooth, seamless lines with a brushed finish, these grills include back-lit knobs at a 41° angle. The comfort touch grips and flame icons (which turn red when on) enhance convenience and safety, making grilling easy.
FLAVOR GRIDS

RECESSED INFRARED BACKBURNER
