Construction Features

• This 7 gauge griddle plate has a polished stainless steel body, a 4 inch high rear splash, and tapering side walls that range from 4 to 1 5/16 inches. It is made of cold-rolled and annealed stainless steel.
• ½" deep by 3 7/8" broad front grease trough
• A 1½ x 3½" drop chute leads to a grease pan with a capacity of 5 [24", 6 ½ [36”, 48"].
