In addition to adding more heat, the caught briquette trays help remove hot and cold spots from the grill. In addition, the 32-inch Sizzler has a special Flame Thrower Ignition system that ignites the primary burners with a burst of flame and is far more dependable than conventional spark ignition systems. With a built-in 3-inch temperature gauge to precisely monitor your cooking temperature, the insulated and double-lined hood retains hot air inside to guarantee a consistent grilling environment.
